Follow up treatments:  $85

Mr. Dapper accepts cash, checks and most major credit cards.  Payment is required at the time of treatment. Please contact Mr. Dapper if you have any questions regarding other payment options.

Mr. Dapper is not a preferred provider for any health insurance plan and does not accept insurance.  He is happy to provide you with a receipt for your insurance company, but the patient is responsible for filing their own claims.

If you need to cancel or reschedule you appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance to allow others the opportunity to schedule.  Any appointment canceled less than 24 hours in advance is billed at the full rate.
