The initial visit will take approximately two hours.  Included will be a complete medical and  personal history, a detailed discussion of symptoms and reasons for seeking treatment, review of body systems, and a brief physical exam.  During this time, Mr. Dapper assesses the state of the patient’s Body, Mind and Spirit and determines the underlying cause(s) of the condition.  Using the information gathered, he creates an individualized treatment plan, and the first treatment is administered. 

For your first visit, it is important that you:

• Refrain from wearing make-up, cologne, scented deodorants, or heavily scented soaps, for it is vital to be able to see the patient in their “natural” state.
• Bring names and phones numbers of your primary care physician and any other health care practitioners you are currently seeing.

Bring a list of medications you are currently taking.
